Description

he Misty Max neb­u­liz­er deliv­ers aerosol with an aver­age par­ti­cle diam­e­ter (MMAD) of 2.21 µm (+/- 0.07 µm), and a res­pirable frac­tion (par­ti­cles <5 µm) of 79.7% (+/- 1.7%). The Misty Max fea­tures an anti-spill design, allow­ing effec­tive oper­a­tion with­in a 0 – 90-degree range, and a sta­ble dif­fuser base with­in a 0 – 360-degree range. If the patient is unable to use the mouth­piece, the neb­u­liz­er can be con­nect­ed to an aerosol mask for neb­u­liza­tion. 

The Misty Max neb­u­liz­er is dual-scaled every 1 ml from 3 to 10 ml. 

The neb­u­liz­er is avail­able in kits with a mouth­piece or with pedi­atric or adult aerosol masks. Each kit includes a 2.1 m star-lumen oxy­gen tub­ing that pre­vents kink­ing and has a rigid con­nec­tor ded­i­cat­ed to the neb­u­liz­er. There is also an avail­able ver­sion with a T‑connector for inte­gra­tion into the res­pi­ra­to­ry cir­cuit.
