Description

The enCheck Tester allows for check­ing the prop­er func­tion­ing and trig­ger­ing the high-tem­per­a­ture alarm in the enFlow warmer. It is one of the acces­sories for the enFlow intra­venous flu­id and blood warm­ing sys­tem. By select­ing the appro­pri­ate mode, the enCheck Tester will sim­u­late high-tem­per­a­ture con­di­tions in the warmer with­in sec­onds, which will trig­ger the device’s visu­al and audi­to­ry alarms or allow ver­i­fi­ca­tion of the cor­rect heat­ing lev­el of the warmer unit. The enFlow sys­tem should be inspect­ed once a year or accord­ing to the sched­ule deter­mined by the require­ments of the accred­it­ing body.
